A home where every child feels understood.
Everoak Care provides small, sensory-friendly children's homes in London for young people with learning disabilities, autism and additional needs, with consistent adults who take the time to understand how each child experiences the world.
Our promise
Rooted in belonging.
Our oak tree is more than a logo. It is our promise. Like an oak, we stand firm as a sheltering, rooted home for children and young people who have known too much uncertainty.
Belonging sits at the heart of the tree, and every other value grows from it.
We don't just provide a place to stay. We build secure, lasting homes where young people feel valued and supported to grow into their full potential.
- BelongingThe heart of everything we do: a home that is truly theirs.
- SafeSafety to be themselves.
- ConsistentThe same caring adults, day after day, so trust can rebuild.
- HeardSpace to be truly listened to, however they communicate.
- NurturingWarmth that helps them rediscover confidence, hope and purpose.

Who we care for
Children who need a home that fits the way they think, feel and communicate.
Our Statement of Purpose sets out exactly who each home cares for. We only accept a placement when we are confident we can meet the child's needs alongside the young people already living there.
Learning disabilities
Clear, visual routines, life skills at each child's pace and patient support with school, health and family time.
Autism
Predictable days, low-arousal spaces and adults who learn each child's communication: spoken, signed, symbols or AAC.
Sensory processing needs
Every child has a sensory profile that shapes their room, their day and how we help them regulate.
Emotional wellbeing
Trauma-informed, relationship-based care for children who have had a difficult start.

Our approach

01
Get to know the child
Before moving in: visits, a sensory profile, a communication passport and a transition plan built with the child, family and social worker.
02
Consistent adults
A small, stable team and a named keyworker, trained in autism, positive behaviour support and safeguarding before their first shift.
03
Joined-up support
We work closely with schools, CAMHS, speech and language and OT so the plan is the same at home and in class.
04
Their voice counts
Children shape their home and their plans, in whatever way they communicate best.
